Privacy Notice

This notice explains what data Keon Systems collects when you use keon.systems, how it is used, and how it is protected. We collect the minimum necessary to operate the access request and contact workflows. We do not sell data, run advertising, or build profiles.
1. Data We Collect
Access requests
When you submit an access request at /get-access, we collect:
name— your full nameemail— used to send provisioning detailsorganization— optional; used to assess use-case fitaudience— one of: builder, architect, operator, enterpriseintendedUse— free-text description of your use case
We also use a hidden honeypot field to reject automated submissions. This field is never stored.
Contact and whitepaper forms
The contact form and whitepaper download capture collects name and email. No additional fields are stored server-side beyond what is included in the resulting email.
Analytics
We collect anonymous interaction events — page views, scroll depth, and CTA clicks — using a client-side event system. Events are pushed to window.dataLayer (Google Tag Manager compatible) and may be forwarded to an internal analytics endpoint. No cookies are set by this system. No personally identifiable information is included in any analytics event.
2. How We Use It

We do not use submitted data for advertising, cross-site tracking, or any purpose not listed above.
3. Email Delivery
Form submissions trigger transactional emails. We use two providers:
- Azure Communication Services (ACS) — primary delivery provider, operated by Microsoft. Your email address is transmitted to ACS solely to route the transactional message.
- Resend — fallback delivery provider. Used only if ACS delivery fails.
Delivery provider data handling is governed by their respective privacy policies. We do not store your email with either provider beyond what is required to deliver the message.
4. Cookies and Storage
Keon Systems does not set first-party cookies on this site. Our analytics system does not use cookies or localStorage for tracking. If you are located in a jurisdiction that requires cookie consent, no consent is required for this site in its current configuration.
Note: if you access this site through a CDN or third-party integration that sets its own cookies (e.g. a corporate proxy), those are outside our control.
5. Data Retention
Access request data is retained for as long as your access request or tenant workspace is active, plus a reasonable period thereafter for audit and support purposes.
Analytics event data does not contain identifiable information and is retained indefinitely in aggregate form.
To request deletion of your data, email privacy@keon.systems from the address associated with your request.
6. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you. To exercise any of these rights, contact privacy@keon.systems.
We will respond to verifiable requests within 30 days.
7. Changes to This Notice
We will update this page when our data practices change. The Last updated date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after a revision constitutes acceptance of the updated notice.
