This policy explains what Keon Systems collects through keon.systems, how that data is used, and how to request access, correction, or deletion. The website collects the minimum data needed to operate access, contact, whitepaper, analytics, and email workflows.

Data we collect
Keon Systems collects data only when you submit it through a website workflow or interact with the public site.
Access requests
Name, email, organization, role, audience, requested entry points, intended use, AI stack, pilot environment, expected governance-call volume, and feedback consent choices.
Contact and briefing forms
Name, email, organization, role, message content, and scheduling context you choose to provide.
Whitepaper requests
Business email, company, requested whitepaper, and source context submitted with the request.
Website analytics
Page and interaction events such as page views, scroll depth, CTA clicks, and route context. These events are not used for advertising profiles.
Some forms include a hidden honeypot field used to reject automated submissions. A completed honeypot field is treated as spam signal and is not used for profiling.
How we use data
Submitted data is used for the workflow that collected it. Keon Systems does not sell personal data and does not use website submissions to build advertising profiles.
| Use | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Route access requests | Review fit, respond to the request, prepare evaluation context, and send follow-up. |
| Deliver requested materials | Send whitepapers, confirmations, and operational replies. |
| Operate the website | Detect spam, debug forms, measure navigation quality, and improve public content. |
| Maintain records | Keep reasonable business, security, and audit records related to requests and correspondence. |
Retention
Retention is tied to the operational reason the data was submitted.
Access, contact, briefing, and whitepaper request data may be retained in email systems and business records for as long as needed to respond, manage the relationship, maintain security, and satisfy reasonable audit or legal requirements.
Aggregated analytics may be retained without personal identifiers to evaluate public-site performance over time.
Your choices and requests
You may ask Keon Systems to access, correct, or delete personal data submitted through this website.
Send requests to privacy@keon.systems. Use the email address associated with the original request when possible so the request can be verified.
Keon Systems will update this page when website data practices change. Material changes will be reflected in the last-updated date at the top of this policy.
