Workflow Evidence Review

Find the proof gap before the effect.

A bounded technical assessment for one consequential AI workflow. Review the authority path, the representative evidence, and the questions that remain open before anyone treats a story as proof.

Price

USD 2,500 hypothesis

Timing

3–5 business days after complete intake

Bounded subject

One workflow. One authority path. One question.

The Review is deliberately narrow. It examines a consequential path that can be named, bounded, and supported by current sanitized or sandbox evidence.

One workflow

One consequential AI or agent workflow and one consequential action type.

One authority path

One policy or authorization path, plus one human-authorization path when applicable.

One execution

One representative execution and one current sanitized or sandbox evidence set.

One review question

One live buyer, audit, or approval question that the evidence must help answer.

Review output

The deliverable is a decision surface, not a badge.

After complete approved intake, the Review produces a human-approved report and a factual path through the evidence. It does not manufacture certainty from missing anchors.

Evidence-readiness report

A human-approved evidence-readiness report against the applicable Evidence Readiness Profile.

Coverage matrix

A factual map of what the inspected evidence supports, leaves open, or cannot establish.

Bounded remediation path

A constrained next step for each supported finding. Missing evidence stays missing.

One correction round

One factual-correction round after the report, within the approved engagement boundary.

Conditional diagnostic

Harness context is examined only when it applies.

When the exact intake toggle `harness_profile_applicable` is true, the Review may include a diagnostic examination of harness identity, approval binding, execution binding, and drift. The diagnostic is not enforcement and is not offline harness verification.

A false or missing toggle does not silently select a later implementation lane. The Review records what the supplied evidence supports and holds when the required context is incomplete.

Not included

The boundary is part of the service.

A Review finding does not grant implementation, legal, payment, or delivery authority.

Certification, compliance determination, legal advice, or guaranteed acceptance
Penetration testing or a general security audit
Runtime, Gateway, Cortex, Collective, or receipt-instrumentation implementation
Production deployment or production-readiness claims
Custody of signing keys, raw evidence, private traces, or customer-held bundles
An automatic Sprint quote, invoice, entitlement, or follow-on commitment
Data boundary

Bring context, not customer evidence.

The qualification path collects only the contact and operating context needed to assess fit. Do not submit raw evidence, secrets, signing keys, PHI, private traces, or customer-held bundles through this site or ordinary email.

Evidence intake, if later approved, is authenticated, engagement-scoped, and governed by an approved retention and deletion decision. This page does not accept evidence and does not establish those controls.

Pre-launch boundary

Ask about fit before any commitment.

The Review is not available for purchase from this page. A scoped conversation is a qualification request only; it creates no quote, checkout, entitlement, or evidence intake.
